First, they increased the town's $19.9 million fiscal 2012 budget to $20.6 million by moving an excess in fees paid for trash bags from a revolving fund into the budget for use by the schools, then, later, filled from the Stabilization Fund an $88,000 difference between the school department's request and the selectmen's budget.
